Terminal Function
History
Terminal Function was formed in late 1998 by drummer David Lindkvist, guitarist Stefan Aronsson and guitarist Jens Eriksson. The three members were students at the same school and were planning on starting up a technical death metal band. The first rehearsals took place in early 1999 but the project were put aside during the summer and restarted again in the fall of 1999. During the break, Jens Eriksson left the band. David and Stefan put great effort in writing songs and songs like 'Measuring the Abstract', 'Remote Views' and 'Pandemonium' were written.
During spring 2001, Terminal Function was looking for session musicians to play on the local festival Parkrock. The following members finally got drafted: bass - Gabriel Olsson, keyboards - Lars Ekman and vocals - Robert Nystr
